Tom's Week 13 SEC Picks

Arkansas (4-6) (1-5) at Mississippi State (3-7) (1-5)
<-- Tom's Pick
The Hogs have only beaten one SEC team, which was at Auburn, 25-22. They also tripped up an undefeated and ranked Tulsa 30-23. They lost to UK by 1, to Ole Miss by 8, and to S. Carolina by 7. Murdered by top ten Bama, Texas, and Florida. Theyʼre on the ropes for bowl eligibility and I say they fight back, beat State by a TD, maybe two scores.

#4 Florida (9-1) (7-1) vs. The Citadel (4-7)
<-- Tom's Pick
I think I mentioned last time the Gators had demolished 5 SEC teams in a row, and now you can make that 6 against the best D our conference had to offer. Percy and Tim kill people. I donʼt think this game will even be played. The Citadel will forfeit right before the coin toss.

#18 LSU (7-3) (3-3) vs. Ole Miss (6-4) (3-3)
<-- Tom's Pick
Okay this game is serious and the winner might just get the Cotton, maybe even the Capitol One Bowl (and 2nd in the SEC West). LSU whipped App St, won at Auburn and S. Carolina, then had the greatest comeback in LSU history last Saturday. They lost to 3 top ten teams. Ole Miss doesnʼt just want a bowl game this year, they want a really good one. Theyʼve beaten the GATORS, at the SWAMP, I donʼt care if it was by half a point, they won. They havenʼt really looked too great since, besides almost beating Bama, until last Saturday they whipped Monroe. Whoopy-t-do Basel. LSU plays at home, itʼs not at night, so I say they win. Tigers 35-31.

Tennessee (3-7) (1-5) vs. Vanderbilt (6-4) (4-3)
Tom's Pick -->
This is actually a big rivalry game in Tennessee for all you people who have no idea where Vandy is. I think Vandy is in Nashville and UT is in Knoxville. Itʼs hard to say that Tenn will lose this game, even after everything that has happened and considering the conference records for both schools. I hate to say it Vol fans but Iʼm going with Bobby Johnson and the Vanderbilt Commodores! Dores win it for last year 20-17 in OT!

#1 Alabama Crimson Tide (11-0) (7-0) - Open - Next week vs. Auburn
#11 Georgia Bulldogs (9-2) (6-2) - Open - Next week vs. Georgia Tech
Auburn Tigers (5-6) (2-5) - Open - Next at #1 Alabama
Kentucky Wildcats (6-5) (2-5) - Open - Next week at Tennessee
South Carolina Gamecocks (7-4) (4-4) - Open - Next week at Clemson

good choice on the bulldogs, 3 of these games could have gone either way, not an easy weekend to bet.

Yes 3 of these games could've gone either way. And all 3 went the opposite of your picks. I knew you'd have to eventually have an off week. Would you have said, "3 games could have gone either way" if you had gone 4-0? Just giving you a hard time.
